$135 (Seattle) and $100 (Port Angeles*) per person class fee includes all ingredients, recipes & handouts, pastry cloth, yummy snack and more. Classes are held in Seattle at Diane’s Market Kitchen and in Port Angeles at Kate’s cottage home, are limited to than 4 participants and are 4 hours in length. You will learn the lifetime skill of how to make a great crust and seasonal fruit filling, pie lore and more. Each student will finish class with a pie hot from the oven or ready to bake at home.


You will provide:

your favorite apron

8”- 9” pie pan

BIG mixing bowl (at least 6 qt)

medium chef’s knife (or similar)

box or basket to take your just baked pie home
